ToolGrind TC-X 620 - Grinding oil

High speed grinding oil ToolGrind TC-X 620 is manufactured from high quality base oils, which have very good viscosity and temperature characteristics, in turn producing very low oil mist. Furthermore their aromatic content is exceedingly low.

ToolGrind TC-X 620 is alloyed with highly efficient additives which have excellent extreme pressure properties. With surface active agents, it guarantees the best cooling, wetting and lubricating effects. None of these additives contain chlorine, silicone or heavy metals and they are non toxic.

During operations with ToolGrind TC-X 620, the grinding wheel remains clean and free of debris. Wheel force, work piece temperature and grinding wheel wear are greatly reduced. The oil do not foam and because of its low viscosity it has very good flushing and cooling abilities, also good protection against corrosion of work-pieces will be achieved. ToolGrind TC-X 620 is suitable for all filtration systems.

Advantages over water-soluble grinding oils are:

  • Up to three times better removal rate
  • Higher surface quality
  • Reduction of grinding wheel wear

The operative range covers all high speed grinding operations, such as profile, groove and surface grinding, with CBN, diamond or carborundum wheels. Suitable for all conventional metals, including hard metal and highly alloyed steel.
