AquaTec 7000 - Water-soluble grinding concentrate

AquaTec 7000 is a high performance, synthetic grinding fluid designed for ferrous metals. Mixed with water, it provides excellent cooling and corrosion inhibition properties in light duty grinding of steels and cast iron. AquaTec 7000 has been formulated to significantly extend fluid life.
AquaTec 7000 also provides excellent lubricity and cooling to extend grinding wheel life, and to improve workpiece finish. Grinding wheels remain open, and swarf quickly settles to the bottom of the sump for easy filtration due to superior rinsing and settling properties.
AquaTec 7000 can be used in “stand-alone” machines and central systems. It is an ideal product for grinding applications such as surface, ID, OD, and Blanchard. It is not recommended for non-ferrous metal applications. AquaTec 7000 is extremely low foaming, making it an excellent choice in high-pressure applications.

Mixing instruction:
Mix AquaTec 7000 always by simultaneously stir in drinking water, never the other way around. The received concentration can be checked by using a hand refractometer.
